Custom Orders, Deposits & Delivery

Booking deposit

A 30% booking deposit is normally required to confirm a custom order. A different amount applies only when it is clearly agreed for that order. The remaining balance and payment timing are confirmed before production or delivery.

Design approval

• Our team prepares or confirms the design and important specifications.
• You re-confirm the model, size, materials, stones and engraving before production.
• Changes requested after approval may require extra time, labor, material or a remake.

Production and quality control

The usual process includes 3D model confirmation, printing/casting and cleaning, quality control before stone setting, stone setting, final quality control and finishing. A typical custom order may take about 3–7 days, but complex work or material availability may take longer. The confirmed order timeline controls.

Size and remakes

Some designs cannot be safely resized and must be remade. Our team confirms feasibility, timing and any charge after inspecting the design or finished piece.

Delivery

Secure delivery is available within Cambodia. Delivery method, address, recipient verification, timing, cost and insurance or risk arrangements are confirmed for each order before dispatch. Please inspect the package promptly after receipt.

Delays and collection

We will contact you if production or delivery is delayed by design changes, material supply, carrier conditions or events outside reasonable control. Please collect or arrange delivery within the agreed period after completion.
