Quality control

Each completed piece is checked before handover. If you believe there is a manufacturing issue, stop wearing the piece and contact us promptly so we can inspect it.

Lifetime care

Routine cleaning and inspection are available for Sok Kheang Jewelry pieces as lifetime care. Resizing and polishing may be complimentary where the design and condition permit. Extra material, replacement stones, damaged parts, complex repair, third-party alteration or reconstruction may have a charge that is confirmed before work begins.

Typical service time

• Resizing: often about 1 day when the design can be resized.
• Polishing: often about 1 day after inspection.
• Stone setting or repair: often about 2–5 days, depending on the work and stone availability.

What is not automatically covered

Normal wear, impact, loss, theft, chemical or heat damage, missing stones, misuse, work performed by another jeweler and changes requested by the customer are not automatically treated as manufacturing issues.

Care advice

• Remove jewelry before heavy work, exercise, swimming or using chemicals.
• Store pieces separately to reduce scratching.
• Have settings inspected if a piece is hit, bent or feels loose.
