This website is owned and operated by Sok Kheang Jewelry, House 103C9, Street 184 near Institut Français, Phnom Penh, Cambodia.

Inquiry information

• When you send an inquiry, we receive your name, required phone number, optional email address, product interest and message.
• The inquiry may also include the current page, product code and category, language, landing page, referring page and campaign labels such as UTM source, campaign and content.
• We use this information to answer you, confirm product availability, protect the form from misuse and understand which campaign produced the inquiry.

Necessary website storage

Necessary storage supports language preference, security and spam controls, the one-minute inquiry cooldown and your privacy choice. These functions remain available when you reject analytics and advertising. Rejecting optional tracking does not block product pages, inquiries, Telegram or Messenger.

Google Analytics 4

GA4 is blocked until you accept Analytics. After consent, it records public page views with information such as page URL, path, title and technical browser or device information. GA4 is not loaded on private /owner pages. Customer names, phone numbers, email addresses and inquiry messages are not intentionally sent to GA4.

Meta Pixel and Conversions API

Meta advertising measurement is blocked until you accept advertising measurement. After consent, Meta Pixel can send browser events and our secure same-origin Conversions API gateway can send a matching server event. Both copies use the same event ID so Meta can deduplicate them.

• Events may include PageView, ViewContent, Search, AddToWishlist, Contact, InquiryFormView, Lead and GetDirections when the corresponding action occurs.
• Event data may include the page URL, event time, product code, product name or category, contact method, browser user agent, trusted server-derived IP address and Meta identifiers _fbp and _fbc when available.
• CAPI delivery is supplementary and best-effort. A Meta or network failure does not block an inquiry or another customer action.

TikTok Pixel and Events API

TikTok advertising measurement is blocked until you accept advertising measurement. After consent, TikTok Pixel can send browser events and our secure same-origin Events API proxy can send matching server events for supported conversion actions. Overlapping browser and server copies use the same event ID so TikTok can deduplicate them.

• Events currently include PageView, ViewContent, AddToWishlist, Contact and Lead when the corresponding action occurs. PageView is measured by the browser Pixel; supported conversion events may also be mirrored through Events API.
• Event data may include page URL, referrer, event time, product code, product name or category, published USD price or value when available, browser user agent, trusted server-derived IP address, TikTok first-party identifier _ttp and TikTok click ID ttclid when available. Customer names, phone numbers, email addresses and inquiry messages are not intentionally sent to TikTok.
• Failed TikTok Events API copies may be retried in this browser tab for no more than 10 minutes while advertising consent remains active. The pending retry queue is cleared when advertising consent is withdrawn.

Manual Advanced Matching

If you accept advertising measurement and then successfully submit an inquiry, the email address and Cambodian phone number you supplied may be normalized for Meta Manual Advanced Matching. The Meta CAPI copy is SHA-256 hashed before forwarding. Meta Pixel performs its own matching and hashing process. Matching values are kept only in session storage for the current browser tab, are not stored in permanent local storage and are cleared when advertising consent is withdrawn. These direct customer identifiers are not intentionally sent to TikTok.

Cookies and browser-session storage

• Privacy choice: saved in local storage until you change it or clear browser data.
• Language and essential controls: saved only as needed for the selected language, inquiry cooldown, security and website functions.
• Campaign attribution: landing page, referrer and UTM labels are kept in session storage and end when the browser tab session ends.
• Meta matching and failed-event retry: kept in session storage for the current tab. Failed CAPI events expire after no more than 10 minutes.
• _fbp and _fbc: Meta advertising identifiers used only after advertising consent. Their availability and expiry depend on Meta and the visitor's browser settings.
• TikTok failed-event retry: kept in session storage for the current tab for no more than 10 minutes and cleared when advertising consent is withdrawn.
• _ttp and ttclid: TikTok advertising identifiers used only after advertising consent when available. Their availability and expiry depend on TikTok and the visitor's browser or ad-click context.

Service providers and sharing

We share only the information needed with providers that host and protect the website, receive inquiries, deliver notifications or measure consented analytics and advertising. These providers currently include Vercel, Cloudflare, Google, Meta, TikTok and Telegram. Information may be processed outside Cambodia under each provider's terms. We do not sell customer contact information.

Retention and security

The website inquiry receiver is configured to remove stored inquiry records after 180 days. Session-scoped matching, retry and attribution data ends earlier as described above. A confirmed sale or other business record may be kept separately when reasonably needed for service, accounting, fraud prevention or applicable legal obligations. We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.

Your privacy choices

On your first visit you can Accept all, Reject non-essential or Manage preferences separately for Analytics and advertising measurement covering Meta and TikTok. You can reopen Manage cookies from the website footer and change your choice at any time. Necessary storage remains active. You may also clear cookies or storage in your browser.
