Returns, Exchanges & Buyback

Within 2 days

Every return or exchange is reviewed case by case. Before any percentage or other adjustment is considered, the total original labor fee and any agreed customization, material difference or damage are assessed. Our team confirms the applicable terms with the customer before proceeding.

After 2 days

• Exchange: after deducting the total original labor fee and any applicable customization or material difference, any additional exchange adjustment is negotiable and confirmed case by case.
• Return: after deducting the total original labor fee and any applicable customization or material difference, an additional return charge may be applied or waived case by case.

Eligibility and inspection

The item must be inspected for identity, condition, alterations, missing stones, certificate and accessories. Worn, damaged, altered, engraved, resized or specially ordered pieces may be excluded or valued differently.

Custom orders

Custom-made, engraved, resized or customer-approved designs are generally not returnable after production starts, except for a confirmed manufacturing issue or a separate written agreement.

Buyback

For eligible Sok Kheang Jewelry pieces, the normal buyback policy first deducts the total original labor fee, then applies a 5% deduction after verification. The final amount depends on the original transaction record, current condition, completeness, certificate and any material or stone difference. Our team confirms the final quote before proceeding.
